It has come to our notice that many LCs are routing the students directly to our Kolkata Office for complaints settlement. Many students are visiting our office or calling us. This practice greatly disturbs our official functioning. So all LCs are requested to present the students cases as a summary and send us the same. Or even the LCs themselves are welcome to visit our office on official timings to get their concerns addressed.
In any case no LC will send the students to our office nor will any LC convey our address/contact numbers to any students.
