Please provide the requirement of prospectus of your LC on or before 16.10.12.

Please note each prospectus will contain one OMR sheet also e.g.100 prospectus will be provided alongwith 100 OMR sheets.

Few of the LCs still havent submitted the Internal/External marks for the exam session Sept-12 Kindly submit the same by 21.09.12 to avoid any discrepancy.
All the LCs now operating under our new PTU Kolkata Office Zone(earlier Matrix) are requested to submit the following data (hard copy at PTU Kolkata office & soft copy at saurabh@ptu.ac.in) on or before 10th September 12:

SIM/BOOKS REQUIREMENT PROFORMA

Dear All,

As we have entered into a new session kindly provide us the SIM/Books requirement of your institute for the Sept-12 session so that the timely delivery of the same may be ensured. Fill the below mentioned form at the earliest.

STUDENTS WITHOUT ADMIT CARDS

Dear LCs,

Every possible effort has been made by us to issue the Admit Cards to all the students. Lot of students data has been corrected last night as submitted and requested by yoy. You are requested to check in your login IDs of www.depexam.com for the uploaded new/corrected Admit Cards.

Still, if some body is left, who could not be issued the Admit Card, you are requested to download the Undertaking Performa as follows and get it filled from concerned student. This undertaking must be attested by you with sign and stamp and delivered to student. The concerned student will have to carry this attested performa at the alloted Examination Center for your LC alongwith  LC- ID card or any other valid photo identity proof like voter ID/Passport/Driving Licence/ID issued by employer etc.

All the Examination Centers have been instructed to allow such students after due verification.
